Cabarrus Pets Society Dog Adoption Application
The purpose of this application is to ensure the best possible match for our adoptable animals. Please answer all questions completely and honestly. Once we have received your application, a volunteer will review it and be in touch via email with any questions we may have. Occasionally our messages are caught by email filters, so please check your spam or bulk folders if you have not heard from us. We make every attempt to notify applicants of the status of their application within 24-48 hours, however, we are all volunteers with families and jobs and it sometimes takes longer. We appreciate your patience.
