This tempera liquid paint DOES include black / blue / green / yellow and red which GLOW UNDER ULTRA-VIOLET LIGHT. We suggest that you mix this paint with water. Some folks like the mixture a little thicker; others prefer it a little thinner, but putting a little water in to begin with and trying it is the best way to start. |
