Please offer general comments about the National Tour events you attended. Please list the good things about the events and the things that could be improved upon.


Technical Rule Questions
Please suggest any specific rule changes that you feel should be changed in the rulebook (technical items that should be changed).


Please list any general racing rules that you feel need to be better clarified in the rulebook (i.e. - starting procedures, scoring procedures, etc).


Suggested 2010 class structure. Should classes be reduced or combined or new classes to be added? Please give us your suggestions as to what classes should be offered.


4-Stroke Runabout Stock and Limited Classes: There are a substantial number of new parts available for the new 4-stroke models. Many of these parts claim horsepower gains while others claim added reliability. Please offer suggestions into rule changes that should be allowed on four-stoke watercraft. Please keep in mind that we are not looking to make these classes faster or more costly. The APBA is for allowing parts that can eliminate costly repairs and overall make racing more affordable.


Should anything be done with regard to two and four strokes competing together?


Junior Classes: Do you feel that any policy and rules regarding Junior racing should be changed (examples: class structure, Lites, starting procedures, advancement procedures from 10-12 to 13-15 to Novice, etc.)?


Sport Spec. The Sport Spec was a class created for and by the racers. It was very sucessful in 2009. Are there any changes that need to e made to the Sport Spec class?


What classes should be offered as 2010 National Tour classes? Should any classes be added or eliminated?


Stock Spec Ski Class: What changes do you feel need to me made to the Stock Spec Ski class? Which brands do you feel need changes made to them? Please offer suggestions and to what changes could help make racing more competitive in the Stock Spec classes.


Supercourse, Offshore and Endurance Racers - please give input a to what items and rules need to be added to the rulebook regarding that discipline of racing.


Please comment on any other important topics or ideas to improve U.S. racing.
